We are a fast-growing hazardous tree care company seeking a motivated **Salesman / Tree Estimator** to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, experience in the tree care industry (preferred), and the ability to confidently walk customers through hazardous tree situations while building trust and closing sales.
This role involves visiting residential and commercial properties, assessing hazardous trees, providing accurate estimates, and guiding customers through service options. You will be the face of the company—professional, knowledgeable, and customer-focused.

### **Key Responsibilities**
* Conduct on-site evaluations of hazardous trees and provide detailed, accurate estimates.
* Communicate recommended services clearly and confidently to homeowners and property managers.
* Identify risk issues such as decay, disease, storm damage, structural defects, and clearance hazards.
* Work closely with the production crew to ensure job details are accurate and actionable.
* Use CRM tools to create proposals, follow up on leads, and close sales.
* Maintain a high level of customer service while representing the company’s values and safety standards.
* Educate customers on the benefits of professional, insured, and safe tree care.
* Build relationships with repeat customers, contractors, and local businesses.
