- Coordinate with Engineering, CNC/Programming, Quality, Purchasing, Maintenance, Shipping, and other departments to maintain production flow.
- Identify and resolve issues affecting production, quality, and delivery.
- Support root cause analysis, corrective actions, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs and production trends to improve scheduling, throughput, quality, efficiency, and customer service.
- Coordinate equipment, material, staffing, and capacity requirements to meet production schedules.
- Create and support achievement of the monthly production budget.
