We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator with expertise in takeoffs, particularly in Footers/Grade Beams, Stemwall, Form & Pour Columns, CIP Beams/Rake Beams, Conventional Framing, Framing, and Hardware related to these scopes.
Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate takeoffs and quantity estimates for residential construction projects.
- Analyze architectural and structural drawings to identify required materials and labor.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure precise estimates.
- Utilize estimating software to streamline calculations and improve efficiency.
- Assist in cost analysis, bid proposals, and budget preparation.
Qualifications:
- Experience in residential construction estimating with a focus on takeoffs.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings.
- Familiarity with industry-standard estimating software (e.g., Planswift, Bluebeam, Stack).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
