Candidates who build experience in operational roles at Connecticut's large insurance, financial services, or healthcare organizations and earn a PMP or similar credential move into these positions most readily.
Which companies hire executive operations partners in Connecticut?

Connecticut's dense concentration of insurance headquarters and financial services firms means a consistent pipeline of senior operational roles across the state.
Which Connecticut cities have the most executive operations partner jobs?
Stamford, Hartford, and Avon have the most executive operations partner openings in Connecticut. Hartford dominates because of its insurance and healthcare headquarters, Stamford draws postings from financial services and corporate regional offices tied to the New York metro, and New Haven benefits from Yale University and its affiliated health system anchoring demand for experienced operational leaders.
Are there remote executive operations partner jobs in Connecticut?
Yes, and more than many comparable roles, since executive operations partners spend much of their time on coordination, communications, and planning rather than physical presence. About 67% of executive operations partner openings tied to Connecticut are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, reflecting how well the core deliverables translate to distributed work.
