Position Summary:
The primary function of this position is to analyze and optimize business processes that improve the customer experience. This position will collaborate primarily with customer service and technical support to understand business transactional process requirements and implement solutions to improve quality and delivery. This position will also require collaboration with many other areas of the business (e.g., operations, logistics, finance, supply chain, IT & business intelligence, sales operations, and commercial teams) to properly analyze process and data requirements both upstream and downstream before implementing solutions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze existing business processes.
- Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate/Lead process improvement projects.
- Collaborate in cross functional teams.
- Implement solutions to optimize/automate processes.
- Perform data-driven analysis.
- Communicate requirements and test solutions.
- Utilize EBS tools for process improvement and project management.
This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, solid business and management understanding, and proficiency with computer systems and software. The ideal candidate brings a positive, cooperative attitude, strong customer‑facing soft skills, and the ability to work effectively across teams while also stepping into leadership when needed. They must be results‑driven, influential, and capable of driving key initiatives.
The candidate should be self‑sufficient, enthusiastic, task‑focused, and committed to continuous improvement and change leadership. They must also be a logical and creative thinker, confident, poised, and able to create strong personal impact. Flexibility and adaptability are essential, along with the credibility to influence others effectively. The candidate should be growth‑minded and able to articulate—or be willing to learn—the EBS philosophy.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of process‑improvement experience in a service or transactional environment
- 3+ years working with ERP and CRM platforms.
- Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives and supporting solution testing/UAT.
- Travel 10%
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Dental Industry experience
- 5+ years of call center and customer service experience
- Back-end E-commerce experience
Target Market Salary Range:
$98,600 - $141,900
Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
