About the Role

- Maximize equipment reliability to achieve aggressive uptime targets by leveraging data-driven insights from CMMS platforms.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of capital projects, from initial design and cost justification to final commissioning and installation.
- Enforce rigorous safety standards and contractor compliance protocols to ensure a secure and efficient work environment.
- Standardize MRO inventory management and PM workflows to align with GMP and quality assurance requirements.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives and 5S methodologies to streamline maintenance operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve technical bottlenecks and maintain operational continuity.
Required Skills
- 5–10 years of experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong proficiency in CMMS software and work order management systems.
- Proven track record of managing capital projects from concept to completion.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate skilled trades teams.
- Solid understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and 5S.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or management field.
Preferred Skills
- Direct experience in the beverage, brewing, or high-speed CPG industry.
- Background in managing operations within a unionized environment.
- Advanced degree such as an MBA or specialized technical certification.
- Expertise in organizational development and change management.
