Entry Level Field Marketing Representative Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get an entry level field marketing representative job?
Employers at this level look for candidates who can demonstrate hands-on outreach experience, whether through internships, campus ambassador programs, or volunteer event work. A portfolio showing real campaigns, lead generation efforts, or brand activations gives you a concrete edge. Highlight your ability to engage people face-to-face, manage territory routes, and meet activity targets, since those are the core expectations for a first field marketing role.
Which companies hire entry level field marketing representatives?
Companies hiring entry level field marketing representatives right now include Chervon North America, Costa Vida, and The Restaurant Store, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Hiring at this level tends to come from consumer goods brands, regional marketing agencies, telecom providers, and retail-focused companies that rely on field teams to drive in-person awareness and sales.
Are there remote entry level field marketing representative jobs?
Yes, though the role is predominantly field-based by nature. About 67% of entry level field marketing representative openings are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, which typically means administrative or planning responsibilities handled off-site rather than fully replacing in-person territory work. Most entry level postings still expect regular on-site or in-territory presence.
Are these new grad field marketing representative jobs?
Yes, this page includes new grad, recent graduate, and junior field marketing representative roles alongside other entry level postings. A new grad friendly posting typically welcomes zero to two years of experience, accepts internships or campus involvement in place of professional history, and does not require prior quota-carrying experience. Look for listings that mention training programs or mention a portfolio or internship as acceptable credentials.
Which industries hire the most entry level field marketing representatives?
Entry Level field marketing representative roles concentrate in Distribution & Wholesale, Food & Beverage, and Hospitality & Tourism, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. These sectors rely heavily on in-person customer acquisition and brand engagement, which makes entry level field marketing representatives a practical first hire for teams building out regional outreach without requiring years of prior experience.
