Finance Systems Manager Jobs in New Hampshire: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a finance systems manager in New Hampshire?
Most finance systems manager positions in New Hampshire require a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information systems, or a closely related field, along with hands-on experience with ERP platforms. New Hampshire does not issue a state license specific to this role, so hiring is credential-driven. Employers in Manchester and Concord frequently prefer candidates who hold a CPA or a vendor-specific certification such as Oracle Financials or SAP, and who have prior experience in a finance analyst or systems administrator role.
Which companies hire finance systems managers in New Hampshire?
New Hampshire finance systems manager roles are posted by BAE Systems USA, Ryder System, and Lonza and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Healthcare systems, defense contractors, and financial services firms anchored in the Manchester-Nashua corridor have historically been among the most consistent sources of openings for this role in the state.
Which New Hampshire cities have the most finance systems manager jobs?
Nashua, Hudson, and Manchester have the most finance systems manager openings in New Hampshire. Manchester and Nashua drive the bulk of demand as the state's largest commercial centers, where financial services firms, defense contractors, and regional healthcare organizations concentrate their corporate finance teams, while Concord generates openings through state government agencies and nonprofit administration.
Are there remote finance systems manager jobs in New Hampshire?
Yes, and more than most finance roles, because systems management work centers on software administration and cross-functional coordination that can be done off-site. About 56% of finance systems manager openings tied to New Hampshire are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, reflecting the desk-based nature of the work. ERP configuration, reporting builds, and vendor management are the functions most commonly offered on a remote or hybrid basis.
How can I get hired as a finance systems manager in New Hampshire with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is moving into the role from a finance analyst or systems analyst position within a New Hampshire organization that runs an ERP platform. Large employers in the Manchester and Nashua area, including healthcare systems and defense contractors, sometimes bring on junior finance systems analysts who learn implementation and administration on the job. Building familiarity with Oracle, SAP, or Workday through vendor training programs and pairing it with accounting coursework makes candidates competitive for associate-level openings that can lead directly into a manager role.
Where can I find and apply to finance systems manager jobs in New Hampshire?
Migrate Mate lists current finance systems manager openings in New Hampshire in one place. Search the listings to find roles that match your background, experience level, and preferred location within the state, then apply directly to the ones that fit.
