JOB SUMMARY: Work medical accounts prior to procedures or pain management appointments. Work with business office patient financial to obtain any patient information for the procedure/services. Contact insurance via phone and/or web to review patient benefits and calculate patient estimate portion based on benefits. Work with others in billing department and clinics to ensure patient is educated regarding cost of treatment
