We are looking for a PIM/PXM Functional Consultant with strong retail product-domain experience and deep knowledge of the end-to-end product lifecycle, including supplier/item onboarding, product/variant setup, SKU/UPC relationships, enrichment, validation, approval, syndication, and publishing.
Must Have:
- Strong PIM/PXM and retail product lifecycle experience.
- Experience with product hierarchies, taxonomy, categories, attributes, workflows, governance, and data-quality controls.
- Strong digital merchandising knowledge including PDP content, digital assets, search/navigation, vendor/marketplace content, and omnichannel readiness.
- Experience with STIBO STEP, Salsify, Syndigo, Akeneo, Informatica PIM, or similar PIM/product catalog platforms.
- Experience leading discovery workshops, fit-gap analysis, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
- Working knowledge of APIs, events, ETL/batch, integrations, data migration, reconciliation, and auditability.
- Strong Agile experience working with UX, architects, development, data, QA, operations, and business stakeholders.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and onsite/offshore team leadership.
