Looking for a QSR General Manager in Philadelphia, PA.

Job Description:

The QSR General Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant located in the Philadelphia International Airport. This does include but is not limited too, writing schedules, over seeing restaurant budget, oversee team member and management staff training, control and commit to establishing and upholding all brand standards, etc....

Responsibilities:

• Manage the operations of a Philadelphia, PA-based QSR
• Develop and implement an operational plan to drive store performance and customer satisfaction
• Drive sales growth in the region through coaching staff on sales techniques and customer psychology
• Drive operational improvement through coaching, training, and accountability
• Drive store brand development through coaching the “team” (i.e., team members)
• Drive store brand buy-in programs within the region for both brand and product matters
• Drive implementation of company policies and procedures within the QSR industry within the location
• Manage all staff including hiring, training, performance management, termination, and promotion
• Oversee all food safety initiatives within the location including Food safety & sanitation standards
• Manage Labor and Food cost
• Must be able to take ownership of location and treat it as if it were your own location
• Must be Servsafe certified
• Must be able to create a culture of responsibility ,accountability a hold your supervisors and team members to the culture.
• Must be willing and able to step in and pick up the slack whenever and where ever needed in the resturant.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
