Position Overview
As Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the restaurant, including operations, staffing, financial performance, food safety, customer experience, and team development. You will work closely with your Area Coach and company leadership team to achieve business objectives and maintain brand standards.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual Salary: $47,000 - $50,000
- Full-time, salaried, exempt position

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations
- Recruit, train, lead, and develop team members
- Manage scheduling and labor utilization
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
- Drive sales growth and profitability
- Control labor and food costs
- Complete inventory management and payroll administration
- Ensure readiness for audits, inspections, and leadership visits
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Address and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and performance

Schedule Expectations
This position requires active leadership presence and flexibility to meet business needs. General Managers are expected to:
- Work a minimum of 50 hours per week
- Work at least five days per week
- Provide leadership coverage during peak business periods
- Work evening and closing shifts as needed
- Maintain weekend availability to support restaurant operations
Training Requirements
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of required Background checks, Restaurant General Manager training and on-the-job training.
