POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for daily reliability tasks.
- Responsible for preventative maintenance.
- Prioritize work orders and schedule mechanics according to the immediacy and necessity of orders.
- Monitor all production areas to ensure proper functioning of equipment and machinery.
- Adjust, repair, and replace electrical and electronic equipment.
- Participate in the HAZMAT team to ensure preparedness for emergencies.
- Promote and encourage safety in all aspects of maintenance.
- Arrange for completion of required paperwork, such as payroll.
- Monitor and maintain the refrigeration equipment, production equipment, and boiler systems through routine checks, lubrication of equipment, and repair/replacement of parts as needed.
- Maintains appropriate records and reports.
- Complies with all OSHA and company safety standards and policies.
- Attend meetings as scheduled.
WORK CONDITIONS
- Work 40+ hours per week on the production floor, including weekend work and rotating shifts as needed.
- Possible exposure to slippery floors, extreme temperature variations, loud noise, chemicals, sharp objects (knives), machinery, and vehicles.

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3-5 years of background experience in general industrial maintenance
- General knowledge of machinery in a plant that applies to the industry
