THE ROLE
This role is best suited for a Senior Infor Visual ERP Consultant / Business Analyst hybrid who excels at documentation, process analysis, transaction tracing, and stakeholder engagement. While strong Infor Visual expertise is required, the highest priority is an individual capable of understanding a method, process, or data flow and translating it into professional, comprehensive documentation that can be used by executives, business users, project teams, and auditors alike. Tacton CPQ experience is highly desirable and would be considered a significant advantage.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Functional Expertise:
- 10+ years of ERP consulting experience.
- 5+ years of Infor Visual ERP experience.
- Deep understanding of:
- Manufacturing operations
- Finance and accounting processes
- Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- Record-to-Report (R2R)
- Inventory management
- Production management
- Purchasing and procurement
Documentation & Analysis Skills:
- Exceptional written communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience creating executive-level process documentation.
- Ability to transform loosely defined SME discussions into structured documentation.
- Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills.

- Process maps
- Data flow diagrams
- Functional specifications

Technical Skills:
- Experience analyzing ERP transactions and data movement.

LOCATION / DURATION
We are Infor preferred delivery partners so we do have a busy pipeline of projects across the Infor product line including Visual ERP. This particular opportunity is currently projected to be remote but if any onsite visits are required they will be limited to short visit for stakeholder interviews, documentation review, milestone meetings, etc. All travel expenses related to these visits will be pre-booked and funded to mitigate out-of-pocket status for the candidate. Part-time candidates are welcome to apply as this role is consultative in nature.
