- Lead large Healthcare Payer delivery portfolios encompassing development, maintenance, production support, and operational services.
- Own end-to-end delivery accountability, ensuring successful execution against business objectives, service commitments, and contractual obligations.
- Manage outcome-based and SLA-driven engagements with a focus on quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
- Provide leadership across multiple delivery streams including FACETS implementations, enhancements, upgrades, application modernization, and managed services.
- Drive portfolio planning, resource management, capacity planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial governance.
- Establish delivery governance frameworks, KPIs, operational metrics, and executive reporting mechanisms.
