Partner Enablement Manager Green Card Jobs
Partner Enablement Manager roles qualify for EB-2 or EB-3 green card sponsorship through the PERM labor certification process, which requires employers to document that no qualified U.S. worker is available. Most positions demand a bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field, making EB-3 the standard pathway and EB-2 accessible for advanced-degree professionals with specialized credentials.

Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Green Card Sponsorship as a Partner Enablement Manager
Document your partner-facing experience precisely
PERM requires your employer to list specific job duties and degree requirements in the labor certification. Collect performance reviews, channel program metrics, and enablement project outcomes now so your employer's attorney can draft a job description that accurately reflects your specialized work.
Target companies with existing PERM filing history
Search OFLC's public disclosure data for employers who have filed PERM applications for partner enablement, channel operations, or partner success roles. Companies that have done this before understand the process and are far less likely to withdraw sponsorship mid-filing.
Use Migrate Mate to find green card sponsoring employers
Migrate Mate surfaces Partner Enablement Manager roles at companies with active EB-2 and EB-3 sponsorship history, so you're not cold-applying and hoping. Filter by sponsorship type to focus your outreach on employers already set up to file PERM.
Clarify the priority date before accepting an offer
If you're from India or China, your EB-3 priority date determines when your green card becomes available, which can add years to the timeline. Ask the hiring team directly whether they'll file promptly after your I-140 approval, since delays cost you queue position.
Understand how your degree field maps to the job
DOL's PERM audit risk rises when your degree field doesn't obviously connect to partner enablement. A business administration or marketing degree typically clears this bar, but a degree in an unrelated field needs supporting evidence showing how it qualifies you for the specific role.
Confirm your employer will cover PERM recruitment costs
DOL prohibits employees from bearing PERM labor certification costs. Before signing an offer, get written confirmation that the employer covers all DOL filing, recruitment advertising, and immigration attorney fees associated with your permanent residency application.

Find Partner Enablement Manager JobsPartner Enablement Manager Green Card Sponsorship: Frequently Asked Questions
Does a Partner Enablement Manager role qualify for EB-2 or EB-3 sponsorship?
Most Partner Enablement Manager positions qualify under EB-3, which covers professionals with a U.S. bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in a relevant field like business, marketing, or communications. If your role requires a master's degree or you hold one and the employer specifies it as a minimum requirement, EB-2 may apply. Your employer's immigration attorney determines which category fits the specific job description.
How does PERM green card sponsorship differ from H-1B for this role?
H-1B is a temporary work visa renewed in three-year increments with an annual lottery cap, while PERM-based EB-2 and EB-3 sponsorship leads to permanent residency with no cap lottery. The PERM process typically takes 12 to 24 months before your I-140 is filed, but once approved and your priority date is current, you gain a permanent path to a green card that doesn't depend on annual selection odds.
How do I find Partner Enablement Manager jobs that offer green card sponsorship?
Most job postings don't specify green card sponsorship, so you need to search by employer sponsorship history rather than job listing language. Migrate Mate lets you filter Partner Enablement Manager roles by companies with active EB-2 and EB-3 filing records, which removes the guesswork of cold-applying to employers who may not be set up to sponsor permanent residency.
What does the PERM labor certification process require from my employer?
Your employer must conduct a DOL-supervised recruitment process to demonstrate no qualified U.S. worker is available for the role. This includes running job ads, reviewing applications, and documenting why any U.S. applicants were not hired. The process typically takes six to eighteen months from start to PERM certification, after which your employer files the I-140 immigrant petition with USCIS.
Can I switch jobs while my green card application is in progress?
Once your I-140 is approved and your priority date is current, portability rules allow you to change employers if the new role is in the same or a similar occupational classification. For Partner Enablement Manager roles, a move to a comparable channel operations or partner success position at a new company generally qualifies, but you should confirm with an immigration attorney before resigning.
