ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and optimize LTE and 5G network performance using KPI and performance measurement data.
- Troubleshoot LTE/5G RAN, VoLTE, and VoNR performance issues and identify root causes.
- Perform call flow analysis and investigate RAN/Core network issues.
- Execute parameter changes and support new feature implementation and node integration.
- Analyze performance trends and recommend optimization solutions.
- Coordinate technical investigations with regional, market, and cross-functional engineering teams.
- Support customer complaint investigations and network performance improvements.
- Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for engineering and leadership teams.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3–5+ years of LTE/5G RF Performance and Optimization experience.
- Hands-on experience with RAN, OSS/EMS, and parameter changes.
- Strong knowledge of 4G LTE, 5G NR, VoLTE, VoNR, and SIP protocol.
- Experience performing KPI analysis, call flow analysis, and root cause troubleshooting.
- Ability to optimize LTE/5G network performance and resolve service issues.
