Green Card Performance Marketing Manager Jobs
Performance Marketing Manager roles qualify for EB-2 and EB-3 green card sponsorship through the PERM labor certification process, which permanently ties your authorization to the employer rather than a visa term. Employers file with DOL first, then USCIS, making sponsorship a multi-year commitment that rewards candidates who document specialized platform expertise and measurable revenue impact.

Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Green Card Sponsorship as a Performance Marketing Manager
Document your platform certifications before applying
PERM requires the employer to define minimum qualifications before recruiting. If your Google Ads, Meta, or programmatic certifications aren't on your resume upfront, they can't be written into the job requirements later without restarting the PERM filing.
Target employers already enrolled in E-Verify
E-Verify enrollment signals an employer has existing immigration compliance infrastructure. Performance marketing roles at these companies are far more likely to have HR teams familiar with PERM timelines and willing to initiate sponsorship for the right candidate.
Search open roles using Migrate Mate
Migrate Mate filters job listings by green card sponsorship history, so you can focus on Performance Marketing Manager openings at employers who have actually filed PERM applications, rather than guessing at sponsorship willingness during interviews.
Request the prevailing wage tier during offer negotiation
DOL sets four wage levels for PERM filings. Ask which level your offer falls under using the OFLC Wage Search before signing. A Level I wage on a senior-scope role can trigger a supervised recruitment audit that delays your green card by months.
Clarify whether EB-2 or EB-3 fits your degree profile
EB-2 requires a master's degree or its equivalent in a directly related field. A bachelor's plus five years of progressive performance marketing experience can qualify as the equivalent under USCIS standards, affecting which priority date queue you enter.
Verify your O*NET classification matches your actual duties
PERM filings use O*NET occupation codes to define the role. If your employer codes you as a general Marketing Manager instead of a specialized digital marketing role, the prevailing wage and recruitment requirements may not reflect your actual position, creating audit risk.
Green Card Performance Marketing Manager: Frequently Asked Questions
Does a Performance Marketing Manager role qualify for EB-2 or EB-3 sponsorship?
Both categories can apply depending on your credentials. EB-3 covers professionals with a bachelor's degree in a related field such as marketing, communications, or statistics. EB-2 applies if you hold a master's degree or can demonstrate the equivalent through a bachelor's plus at least five years of progressive, specialized performance marketing experience, which USCIS evaluates on a case-by-case basis.
How does green card sponsorship differ from H-1B for this role?
H-1B visa is a temporary status tied to annual cap lotteries, while PERM-based green card sponsorship leads to permanent residency with no annual lottery. The tradeoff is time: PERM requires DOL-supervised recruitment before USCIS adjudicates the I-140 petition. For nationals from most countries, EB-3 priority dates are current, meaning the process moves forward without a backlog once PERM is certified.
What documentation strengthens a PERM filing for a performance marketing role?
The employer defines minimum qualifications before filing, so your credentials must match those requirements exactly. Platform certifications from Google, Meta, or The Trade Desk, degree transcripts, and evidence of progressive title changes all matter. If your degree is from outside the U.S., a foreign credential evaluation establishing U.S. equivalency is required before DOL will accept the application.
How do I find employers who actually sponsor green cards for marketing roles?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for this search. Rather than filtering general job boards by guesswork, Migrate Mate surfaces Performance Marketing Manager openings at employers with confirmed PERM and green card filing history, so you can direct your applications toward companies already set up to sponsor rather than those who may decline after an offer.
Can I change jobs after my employer files the PERM application?
Switching employers before the I-140 petition is approved restarts the entire PERM process with your new employer, including a new DOL supervised recruitment period. After I-140 approval and 180 days of I-485 pendency, portability rules under AC21 allow you to move to a same or similar role without losing your priority date, which is significant if you are in a backlogged country queue.
