INTRODUCTION
This role is hybrid 3 days a week on-site at our Northbrook or Chicago, IL Office.
The Regional Marketing Specialist supports the execution of regional marketing plans that align local market needs with global campaign strategies. This role helps gather customer and marketplace insights, coordinate go-to-market activities, execute demand generation tactics, support channel engagement, and contribute to reporting, budgeting, and performance measurement. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of related marketing experience, strong project coordination skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality regional marketing programs.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the collection and analysis of customer, market, competitive, persona, and buyer experience insights to inform regional planning and global marketing alignment.
- Assist with regional go-to-market planning, including brand activation, sales enablement, message development, marketing mix coordination, and tactical execution against business goals.
- Coordinate and execute demand generation tactics across channels such as email, digital marketing, social media, content production, events, search marketing, agency support, MAP/CRM programs, and internal communications.
- Contribute to campaign budgeting, performance tracking, analytics, and reporting to help measure marketing impact, pipeline contribution, conversion performance, and return on investment.
- Support management of campaign actuals versus budget, helping ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to established KPIs.
- Collaborate with sales, regional marketing, global marketing, business teams, agencies, and other internal stakeholders to support successful local execution.
- Apply strong project coordination skills to help manage timelines, deliverables, approvals, and cross-functional inputs for regional marketing initiatives.
- Participate as a collaborative member of a high-performing team and contribute to continuous improvement in marketing processes, tools, and execution.
- Perform additional job-related duties as assigned and follow all applicable company policies, including the Code of Conduct and physical and digital security practices.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2–3 years of professional marketing, regional marketing, field marketing, demand generation, communications, or related experience.
- Experience supporting campaign execution, event marketing, content coordination, digital marketing, sales enablement, or integrated marketing programs.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM tools, project management systems, reporting dashboards, or campaign tracking processes preferred.
- Experience working in a matrixed, cross-functional, or global organization is helpful.

COMPENSATION
- Salary Range: $75,000 to $85,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors.
- This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 10% of the base salary.
- This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country.
- We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday and personal days (totaling 12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
