- Design, Build, & Deploy: Plan, design, and develop automated robots tailored to handle utility bill transactions and complex data processing.
- Monitor & Optimize: Continuously monitor production robots, diagnose system exceptions, and fix or refactor code to ensure continuous, reliable business functions.
- Expand & Innovate: Proactively analyze current manual operations to identify additional areas of growth, scaling the footprint of automation across the department.
- System & EDI Integration: Assist in building and maintaining SFTP/MFT platforms and other specialized transaction systems.
- Vendor & Internal Collaboration: Act as the primary technical point of contact to work with external vendors on system configuration, while aligning internally with developers and testers to bring robots online.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and execute rigorous testing protocols to validate robot reliability and data integrity before production deployment.
