Sales Enablement Manager Green Card Jobs
Sales Enablement Manager roles qualify for EB-2 and EB-3 green card sponsorship when employers file PERM labor certifications with the DOL. Positions requiring a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field typically qualify under EB-3, while roles demanding an advanced degree or specialized expertise may qualify under EB-2. Sponsorship leads to permanent residency, not a temporary visa.

Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Green Card Sponsorship as a Sales Enablement Manager
Search employers with active PERM filings
Use Migrate Mate to filter Sales Enablement Manager roles by employers who have filed PERM labor certifications. This cuts out the guesswork of cold-applying to companies that have no green card filing history in this function.
Target mid-to-large SaaS and enterprise tech companies
Sales enablement functions are most established at companies with large sales organizations. These employers are more likely to have in-house immigration counsel familiar with sponsoring non-engineering roles through PERM, including program and enablement functions.
Understand how DOL prevailing wage affects your offer
Your employer must pay at least the DOL-determined prevailing wage for your location and role level. Use the OFLC Wage Search before accepting an offer to confirm the wage tier your job description falls under and whether the offer meets that floor.
Get your role classified correctly in the PERM filing
Sales Enablement Manager maps to specific O*NET occupation codes that determine the PERM job description. If your employer's attorney uses a mismatched code, DOL can audit the application, which adds months to your timeline.
Ask about timing before you sign an offer
PERM recruitment and filing typically begins six to twelve months after your start date. Ask the hiring team directly whether they have sponsored this role before and whether they use outside immigration counsel to manage the PERM and I-140 process.

Find Sales Enablement Manager JobsSales Enablement Manager Green Card Sponsorship: Frequently Asked Questions
Does a Sales Enablement Manager role qualify for EB-2 or EB-3 sponsorship?
Most Sales Enablement Manager positions qualify under EB-3, which covers roles requiring a bachelor's degree in a specific field such as business, marketing, or communications. If the role requires an advanced degree or the candidate has specialized credentials that set them above the standard requirement, EB-2 may apply. Your employer's immigration attorney will determine the correct category based on the actual job duties and minimum requirements stated in the PERM filing.
How does PERM green card sponsorship differ from H-1B for this role?
H-1B is a temporary nonimmigrant visa with an annual cap and lottery, while PERM is the first step toward permanent residency with no annual cap at the EB-3 category level for most countries. The PERM process requires your employer to conduct a supervised recruitment campaign through DOL before filing, which takes several months. Green card sponsorship takes longer overall but results in a permanent status, not a two- or three-year authorization that must be renewed.
How long does the green card process take for a Sales Enablement Manager?
From PERM filing to receiving a green card, the timeline for most nationalities runs two to four years when there is no visa backlog. PERM recruitment and certification alone takes six to twelve months. Nationals from India and China face significantly longer waits due to per-country annual limits on immigrant visas. Your employer files the I-140 petition after PERM certification, and you can file for adjustment of status once a visa number is available.
How do I find Sales Enablement Manager jobs that include green card sponsorship?
Migrate Mate lets you search specifically for Sales Enablement Manager roles at employers with documented green card filing history. Most general job boards don't surface sponsorship data, so you can't tell from a standard listing whether a company has ever filed PERM for a sales enablement function. Filtering by green card sponsorship history before applying saves significant time and improves your chances of reaching an employer already set up for the process.
Can I switch employers after my PERM is filed?
You can change employers after your I-140 is approved and your priority date is current, using AC21 portability rules, provided the new role is in the same or a similar occupational classification. If you leave before I-140 approval, the PERM filing is effectively abandoned and your new employer must restart the process. Timing a job change carefully around your priority date and I-140 approval status is one of the most consequential decisions in the EB-3 process.
