- Develop strategic roadmaps and frameworks for asset lifecycle management including procurement, discovery, normalization, reconciliation, compliance, optimization, and retirement
- Lead the configuration and customization of ServiceNow ITAM and ITSM modules ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Establish standards, reusable components, and best practices for ServiceNow ITAM and CMDB implementations
- Design and implement integrations using ServiceNow Integration Hub with third-party systems and tools to enhance asset and service management capabilities
- Ensure data accuracy and governance through reconciliation rules, normalization libraries, and compliance models
- Stay current with industry trends and ServiceNow platform updates to continuously improve solution design and delivery

- Lead end-to-end architecture design and delivery for ServiceNow ITAM/HAM, ITAM/SAM, CMDB, and ITSM solutions
- Oversee implementation and enhancement projects for ServiceNow ITAM and ITSM modules in complex global enterprise environments
- Provide technical leadership and governance ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance requirements
- Drive software license compliance initiatives and vendor audit readiness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Security to ensure financial transparency and risk mitigation
- Mentor and guide junior consultants, developers, and support teams
- Conduct client workshops, architecture reviews, and executive-level discussions to align solutions with business goals
- Provide hands-on support for complex configurations, scripting, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
- Utilize ServiceNow Event Management as an additional capability to enhance monitoring and incident management processes
