- Design and implement integrations using ServiceNow Integration Hub with third-party systems and tools to enhance asset and service management capabilities

- Provide technical leadership and governance ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance requirements
- Drive software license compliance initiatives and vendor audit readiness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Security to ensure financial transparency and risk mitigation
- Mentor and guide junior consultants, developers, and support teams
- Conduct client workshops, architecture reviews, and executive-level discussions to align solutions with business goals
- Provide hands-on support for complex configurations, scripting, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
- Utilize ServiceNow Event Management as an additional capability to enhance monitoring and incident management processes
