Sr. Growth Marketing Manager, Website & Conversion Optimization - hybrid in Seattle, WA - paid relocation available
The Growth and Marketing team is building the growth engine across the RentSpree experience, fueling our next stage of scale. We're data-driven, insight-obsessed, and committed to exceeding acquisition, adoption, and revenue goals while strengthening trust with agents and landlords. Our work blends experimentation, speed, and adaptability to accelerate RentSpree's mission of building trust in every rental.
As our Sr. Growth Marketing Manager, Website & Conversion Optimization, you own RentSpree.com: strategy, structure, UI/UX, copy that converts, and - most importantly - the conversion paths that turn visitors into revenue-generating customers. RentSpree.com is the top of our flywheel. You own how visitors move from first visit to signup to active customer. You'll build and run our website experimentation program from hypothesis to shipped result, manage our web design and development, and be the person in the room who knows exactly why traffic and conversion moved last month.
You'll also own the website's next chapter. RentSpree is evolving from a focused set of products into an AI-driven, multi-product platform serving multiple user types, and the site has to evolve with it. You'll partner with product marketing to make sure RentSpree.com always tells the story of where the product is, and where it's going.
You self-serve with data, craft sharp hypotheses, and ship improvements that measurably move signups and revenue. And you bring a modern growth toolkit: AI-powered experimentation, personalization, and agentic workflows that help you iterate faster and scale impact.
You'll partner closely with our SVP of Growth & Marketing and work cross-functionally with design, engineering, data, product, and sales.
Hybrid in Seattle, WA. Three in-office collaboration days weekly plus occasional travel for offsites and events.
What You'll Do
- Own RentSpree.com end to end. Site strategy, information architecture, page experience, and the roadmap across homepage, product pages, pricing, signup flows and more.
- Build and run the CRO program. Own the full web experimentation backlog: A/B and multivariate tests, landing page optimization, and signup flow improvements, from hypothesis through rollout and analysis.
- Own the visit-to-signup funnel. Define the metrics, find the drop-offs, and ship the fixes. You're accountable for website conversion as a number.
- Partner with Growth Marketing so the site reinforces paid acquisition, SEO, and lifecycle strategies, and landing pages convert the traffic those channels earn.
- Manage our web design and development team. Own the vendor or in-house relationship, set priorities, and run the website roadmap and backlog.
- Connect your work to business outcomes, driving measurable improvements in not just conversion, but overall revenue.
Our job descriptions evolve with our business needs and priorities. Your role may include other tasks, projects, and team support.
Skills You Bring
- 5+ years in web strategy, CRO, or digital marketing, including clear ownership of a high-traffic marketing website.
- Strong grasp of conversion fundamentals: funnel design, landing page strategy, form optimization, page speed, and SEO/AEO basics.
- Strong website UI/UX instincts and copywriting that converts: you can spot why a page underperforms and write the fix.
- Ability to self-serve analytics (GA4, Amplitude/Mixpanel, Looker/Tableau, heatmap and session replay tools) and turn data into action.
- Comfort partnering with growth and marketing, product, design, engineering, and data to ship fast, iterative improvements.
- Hands-on experience using AI for growth workflows, personalization, experiments, or page variations.
- Excellent communicator who can influence cross-functional teams and drive clarity around priorities.
Qualities You Practice
These are the principles we hire for and hold ourselves to:
- Own it end to end. Drive projects from idea to execution. Take pride in the work. Do what it takes.
- Communicate like a teammate. Direct, candid, and respectful. Give feedback well, receive it well, and build trust through transparency.
- Hold a high bar. Think critically. Stay curious. Keep looking for ways to do it better.
- Stay adaptable. Anticipate challenges, take initiative, and bring resourcefulness to whatever comes next.
- Experiment and learn fast. Try things. Learn from what doesn't work. Keep it simple.
- Debate well, commit fully. Push back constructively, contribute your point of view, then align and move together.
- AI is a core skill. Use AI tools to move faster and think sharper.
Why Join Us?

Growth Marketing Manager Jobs in Seattle: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a growth marketing manager job in Seattle?
Focus your search on Seattle's South Lake Union tech hub, the Eastside corridor around Bellevue and Redmond, and consumer-facing brands headquartered downtown. Cloud software, e-commerce, and marketplace companies drive the most hiring. Candidates with hands-on experience in product-led growth, paid acquisition, or lifecycle marketing stand out locally. A portfolio showing measurable pipeline or revenue impact gets interviews faster than credentials alone in Seattle's data-driven hiring culture.
Which companies hire growth marketing managers in Seattle?
Companies currently hiring growth marketing managers in Seattle include Amazon, Amazon Web Services, and Google, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of June 2026. Seattle's mix of global tech employers, scaled e-commerce operators, and well-funded SaaS startups means openings exist across a wide range of company sizes and growth stages.
Are there remote growth marketing manager jobs in Seattle?
Yes, growth marketing manager work is largely analytical and digital, making it well-suited to remote arrangements. About 38% of growth marketing manager openings tied to Seattle are remote or hybrid as of June 2026, reflecting how widely Seattle employers have adopted flexible work policies. Campaign strategy, performance analysis, and A/B testing work are the functions most commonly performed remotely.
How can I get a growth marketing manager job in Seattle with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Seattle is through a growth analyst, marketing coordinator, or performance marketing specialist role at a mid-stage SaaS or e-commerce company in South Lake Union or Bellevue. Seattle startups and scale-ups regularly promote from within, so demonstrating initiative on a small paid or organic channel is a stronger signal than a formal degree. Bootcamp graduates and candidates with project-based portfolios have found traction at Seattle's growth-stage tech firms.
Which industries hire the most growth marketing managers in Seattle?
Seattle growth marketing manager roles concentrate in Technology & Software, Retail, and E-Commerce & Online Marketplaces, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of June 2026. Seattle's identity as a global hub for cloud infrastructure and retail technology means these sectors consistently generate the deepest pipeline of growth marketing openings in the city.
