Sales Operations Analyst Jobs in Washington: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a sales operations analyst in Washington?
Most sales operations analyst roles in Washington require a bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field, though no state-issued license applies to this role. Washington employers, particularly in the Seattle and Bellevue tech corridor, place strong weight on hands-on CRM experience, data analysis skills, and familiarity with SaaS revenue models. Building proficiency in Salesforce and earning a Salesforce Administrator certification is a widely recognized credential that gives Washington candidates a concrete edge in competitive applicant pools.
Which companies hire sales operations analysts in Washington?
Employers hiring sales operations analysts in Washington right now include Amazon, Okta, and Amazon Web Services, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Washington's concentration of enterprise technology and cloud computing headquarters means demand for this role remains consistent year-round, particularly among companies scaling commercial teams in the greater Seattle area.
Which Washington cities have the most sales operations analyst jobs?
Seattle, Bellevue, and Washington are the Washington cities with the most sales operations analyst openings, reflecting where the state's largest commercial employers are based. Seattle and Bellevue lead because of their density of technology headquarters and enterprise software companies, while Redmond's position as Microsoft's global home base generates a steady volume of revenue and sales operations roles tied to that company's scale.
Are there remote sales operations analyst jobs in Washington?
Yes, and more than most fields, since sales operations analyst work is primarily desk-based and data-driven. About 0% of sales operations analyst openings tied to Washington are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting how well this role translates to distributed team structures. The parts of the role most likely to be fully remote are reporting, CRM administration, and forecasting, while onboarding or cross-functional alignment work often requires some in-office presence.
How can I get hired as a sales operations analyst in Washington with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is moving into a sales operations analyst role from an adjacent position such as sales coordinator, business development representative, or marketing operations associate at a Washington technology or SaaS company. Large Washington employers like Microsoft and Amazon hire into rotational business programs and operations associate roles that serve as direct pipelines into analytics functions. Building a portfolio of Salesforce or Power BI projects, earning a Salesforce Administrator certification, and targeting companies with formal associate programs in Bellevue or Seattle dramatically improves hiring odds without prior analyst experience.
Where can I find and apply to sales operations analyst jobs in Washington?
You can find and apply to sales operations analyst jobs in Washington on Migrate Mate, which lists current Washington openings. Find roles that fit your experience and location preferences and apply directly to the positions that match.
