Your job is simple: start conversations with homeowners, find out who needs painting work, and book a free estimate. That’s it. You don’t do the estimate or close the deal. Our sales team handles that.
A typical day:
- Team meeting, training, and role-play
- Head out to neighborhoods we’ve already selected
- Knock doors, have real conversations, and book appointments
- Track your numbers and review them with your manager
Here’s exactly how you get paid
Most door-to-door ads hide how the pay works. We’ll show you:
- You get paid for every qualified estimate you book
- 3% commission when that estimate becomes a sold project
- $250-$500 bonus when you reach and/or exceed your target goal
