I opened my agency in 2007 and lead a close-knit team of four. I began my career immediately after college as a State Farm team member and come from a family of State Farm agents, so this business has always been a part of my life. I attended the University of Washington—go Huskies!—and I’m also a proud mom of three, which has shaped the flexible, people-first environment we’ve built in our office.
Community involvement is important to us, and we stay active through our church and local initiatives like food and blood drives. We also support the University of Washington alumni community, the Everett Animal Shelter, and the Everett Chamber of Commerce, staying connected to the people and causes that matter most in our area.
For our team, we offer a Simple IRA, health benefits, generous time off, flexible scheduling, team lunches and outings, and additional bonuses for milestones like birthdays, anniversaries, and the holidays. Our culture is positive, supportive, and win-focused, and we’re looking for adaptable team members with a strong winner’s mentality who want to grow and succeed together in a collaborative environment.

Account Associate Jobs in Washington: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a account associate in Washington?
Most account associate roles in Washington require a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications, though some employers accept equivalent work experience in client services or sales. Washington does not require a state-issued license for account associates. Candidates who build proficiency in CRM tools and earn recognized credentials such as Salesforce certifications or a HubSpot Sales certification strengthen their applications with Washington's large technology and enterprise employers.
Which companies hire account associates in Washington?
Washington account associate roles are posted by State Farm, Amazon Web Services, and USI Insurance Services and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Washington's dense concentration of technology headquarters and enterprise software firms means account associate openings are posted year-round across a wide range of company sizes.
Which Washington cities have the most account associate jobs?
Seattle, Mead, and Pasco have the most account associate openings in Washington. Seattle and Bellevue drive the bulk of listings because of the region's heavy concentration of technology, cloud services, and financial services companies, while Redmond's presence as a major corporate campus for enterprise software firms adds a consistent stream of client-facing account roles.
Are there remote account associate jobs in Washington?
Yes, and more than most fields, because account associate work is largely desk-based, communication-driven, and well-suited to distributed teams. About 100% of account associate openings tied to Washington are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting how broadly Washington's technology and SaaS employers have adopted flexible work arrangements. Client onboarding and strategic account planning are the functions most commonly performed remotely.
How can I get hired as a account associate in Washington with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is applying for account coordinator or sales development representative roles at Washington's mid-size technology and SaaS companies, where teams regularly hire candidates directly from university. Large Washington employers including Microsoft and Amazon run new-graduate rotational and associate programs that place candidates in client-facing account functions. Building hands-on CRM experience through internships, earning a Salesforce Associate certification, and moving laterally from customer success or inside sales roles are the credentials and transitions Washington hiring managers look for most.
