ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2020 and currently lead a team of five. I became an agent because I wanted the opportunity to build something of my own and create an environment where people genuinely enjoy coming to work every day. My goal has always been to build a culture that is supportive, growth-focused, and rewarding for both our team and our customers.
Outside of work, I love to travel and spend time with my two dogs. I’m also heavily involved in the community and believe in giving back and building strong local relationships.
Our agency offers PTO, paid holidays, health benefits, a Simple IRA, licensing costs paid up front, and a unique four-day work week after 90 days. We place a strong emphasis on work-life balance while still maintaining high standards and opportunities for growth.
The ideal candidate enjoys chasing opportunities, takes initiative without being asked, and thrives in a fast-moving environment. If you’re hardworking, coachable, and looking for a team that will challenge you while supporting your growth, this could be a great fit for you.

Account Associate Jobs in Texas: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a account associate in Texas?
Most account associate roles in Texas require a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, though no state-issued license applies to the general role. Candidates working in insurance account management should note that Texas requires a Property and Casualty or Life and Health license issued by the Texas Department of Insurance if they handle policy transactions. Outside insurance, employers prioritize CRM experience, internships, and demonstrated client communication skills over certifications.
Which companies hire account associates in Texas?
Employers hiring account associates in Texas right now include State Farm, Dollar General, and Tractor Supply Company, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of June 2026. Texas's concentration of Fortune 500 headquarters, large insurance carriers, and enterprise technology firms makes it one of the more active states for this role year-round.
Which Texas cities have the most account associate jobs?
Houston, Dallas, and Austin have the most account associate openings in Texas. Houston's energy, healthcare, and insurance industries drive high volume there, Dallas-Fort Worth's corporate headquarters concentration supports consistent demand across technology and financial services, and Austin's fast-growing SaaS and tech sector has steadily added client-facing account roles over recent years.
Are there remote account associate jobs in Texas?
Yes, and they're more common than in many fields, since account associate work is desk-based and largely conducted by phone, email, and video. About 10% of account associate openings tied to Texas are remote or hybrid as of June 2026, reflecting how well the role adapts to distributed work. Client onboarding, renewal management, and inside sales support functions tend to be the most frequently listed as fully remote.
How can I get hired as a account associate in Texas with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is applying to coordinator or sales support roles at Texas-based insurance carriers, SaaS companies, or staffing firms, which routinely hire candidates without prior account management experience. Large Texas employers like AT&T, Accenture, and regional insurance groups run rotational or associate programs that place new graduates directly into client-facing tracks. Building familiarity with Salesforce and completing a short business communications or account management certificate strengthens an application considerably for these entry-level openings.
Where can I find and apply to account associate jobs in Texas?
You can find and apply to account associate jobs in Texas on Migrate Mate, which lists current Texas openings from employers across the state. Find the roles that fit your experience and location and apply directly through each listing.
