- Partner with the Lifecycle team, Retention team and channel owners to identify the optimal channel mix for each campaign objective for maximum impact.
- Support crisis communications execution (severe weather, outages) with rapid campaign builds and real-time deployment within established marketing workflows.
Campaign Analysis, Testing & Optimization:
- Monitor campaign performance across key metrics (open rate, click rate, conversion, churn impact, revenue influence) and deliver regular reporting with actionable insights.
- Design and execute creative tests to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and inform future planning cycles.
- Partner with analytics and data teams to validate audience lists, track behavioral signals, and ensure measurement frameworks are in place before launching.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Experience with customer lifecycle strategies including onboarding, renewals, retention, and churn prevention programs.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously without losing quality or accuracy.

Preferred:
- Experience in Adobe Workfront.
- Energy industry or consumer products experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience in crisis or issue management strongly preferred.

Integrated Marketing Manager Jobs in Texas: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a integrated marketing manager in Texas?

Most employers expect a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business, and several years managing multi-channel campaigns. Texas universities such as UT Austin, Texas A&M, and SMU offer strong marketing programs. From there, building experience in digital, brand, or content roles at Texas agencies or in-house teams is the standard route to a manager title.
How much do integrated marketing managers make in Texas?
Integrated marketing managers in Texas earn a median of about $147,880 a year, based on May 2025 Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data, ranging from around $81,820 for the lowest 10% to over $259,200 for the top 10%. Pay rises with experience, specialty, and employer.
Which companies hire integrated marketing managers in Texas?
Employers hiring integrated marketing managers in Texas right now include DoorDash, NRG Energy, and Petco, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of June 2026. Texas's dense mix of corporate headquarters, regional agency offices, and major retail and healthcare brands keeps demand for this role consistent throughout the year.
Which Texas cities have the most integrated marketing manager jobs?
Austin, Houston, and San Antonio have the most integrated marketing manager openings in Texas. Dallas leads because of its concentration of Fortune 500 headquarters and large agency networks, Austin draws technology and startup brand teams, and Houston's energy, healthcare, and petrochemical sectors generate steady demand for integrated campaigns across both B2B and consumer audiences.
Are there remote integrated marketing manager jobs in Texas?

Strategy, planning, and digital execution are the parts of the role most likely to be performed remotely.
How can I get hired as a integrated marketing manager in Texas with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is through a marketing coordinator or specialist role at a Texas agency or in-house brand team, then building toward a manager title. Large Texas employers such as Dell Technologies, H-E-B, and AT&T run structured marketing associate programs that bring in early-career candidates. Moving laterally from social media, content, or paid media specialist roles is common.
