ABOUT GE VERNOVA
GE Vernova is the world’s leading energy technology company, purpose-built for one of the most urgent and complex global challenges: delivering the reliable, affordable, and sustainable electricity needed to power communities, industries, and global progress.
As AI, manufacturing, and electrification drive unprecedented power demand, energy has become one of the world’s defining innovation frontiers. GE Vernova was built for this moment, with a singular mission: Electrify to Thrive and Decarbonize.
Spun out of GE and launched as a standalone company in 2024, GE Vernova combines the focus and speed of a startup with more than 130 years of energy innovation experience. Today, approximately 25% of the world’s electricity runs on our technology, which is deployed across 140+ countries and spans the full energy ecosystem.
Our name reflects both our legacy and our ambition. We carry forward the trusted legacy of GE, a badge earned through decades of engineering excellence. “Ver” and “verde” reflect the lush, verdant planet we are committed to protecting. “Nova,” from novus, signals a new era defined by innovation, reinvention, and momentum.
Across Power, Wind, and Electrification, our businesses work together to accelerate the transition to more sustainable energy while helping ensure the reliability the world depends on. Our work powers economies, supports communities, and delivers electricity that is vital to health, safety, and quality of life.
Together, we have The Energy to Change the World, and we’re just getting started.
THE ROLE
GE Vernova is looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager to join our Global Brand team at a pivotal moment in the company’s growth. This is an opportunity to help shape and scale a newly launched global brand — not from the sidelines, but from the inside.
You’ll work across advertising, paid media, and brand sponsorships, partnering closely with internal teams and world-class agency partners to bring bold ideas to life. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who has strong foundational experience (consulting or agency experience is a plus), thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to learn how modern, global brands are built — end to end.
You’ll be both strategic and hands-on, contributing to integrated campaigns that show up consistently across markets and channels, while learning how to operate at scale inside a growing, high-visibility company. This is a true “ground-floor” opportunity — a chance to grow alongside a brand and company that are actively defining the future of energy.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Support the development and execution of integrated global brand campaigns across advertising, media, and sponsorships
- Help manage day-to-day execution of campaigns, ensuring alignment across channels, markets, and partners
- Partner closely with media and creative agencies to support planning, execution, and optimization across digital, social, and select traditional platforms
- Coordinate cross-functionally with teams across the organization
- Assist in tracking campaign performance, pulling insights, and helping translate results into learnings and optimizations
- Support the planning and execution of signature brand moments and sponsorships that reinforce GE Vernova’s leadership and purpose
WHAT YOU BRING
- 2–5 years of professional experience in marketing and/or advertising.
- Experience at an advertising agency or consulting firm is strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills; comfortable managing multiple workstreams at once
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow
- Exposure to integrated marketing campaigns across all digital and non-traditional channels
- Comfortable and energized working in fast-moving, evolving environments
- Clear, confident communication skills — written and verbal
WHAT SETS YOU APART
- Passion for our mission and the relentless optimism to see the possibilities ahead are a must
- Curiosity about how brands are built and scaled globally
- An interest in energy, climate, technology, or purpose-driven work (deep expertise not required)
- A balance of strategic thinking and willingness to roll up your sleeves and do the work
- Deep curiosity and early testing of AI technologies, tools, and new ways of working
- Comfort with ambiguity and excitement about building something new
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams, cultures, and time zones
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
This is more than a marketing role. It’s a chance to:
- Be part of a newly formed global brand with real momentum
- Learn directly from senior leaders and agency partners shaping GE Vernova’s future
- Work on high-impact advertising, media, and sponsorships seen around the world
- Build foundational skills that set you up for long-term growth
If you’re excited by the idea of helping build the future of energy — and the brand that represents it — we’d love to meet you.

Tips for Your Integrated Marketing Manager Job Search
Quantify your cross-channel campaign results
Integrated marketing managers are expected to own outcomes across multiple channels at once. List specific results for campaigns you ran end-to-end: what channels you coordinated, what the campaign achieved, and how you measured it across each touchpoint.
Apply early to roles that fit
Migrate Mate lists integrated marketing manager openings from across the United States in one place, so you can find roles that match and apply directly to each listing.
Tailor your resume to the channel mix
Job descriptions for this role vary widely: some teams lead paid, owned, and earned together, others focus on lifecycle or product launches. Mirror the channel language in the posting so your resume signals you can hit the ground running without retraining.
Build a campaign brief into your portfolio
Hiring managers for integrated roles want to see your planning process, not just results. Include at least one example brief showing how you aligned messaging, timing, and channels before execution, not just post-campaign metrics.
Prepare to present a past campaign live
Many integrated marketing manager interviews include a case study or take-home exercise requiring you to walk through a real campaign end-to-end. Practice presenting your process, what broke, and what you changed, not just what worked.
Negotiate scope before negotiating anything else
At the offer stage, clarify what channels and budgets you will own, how many direct reports you will manage, and which teams you will coordinate with. Misaligned scope is the most common reason new integrated marketing managers underperform and leave within a year.
Integrated Marketing Manager Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
Which companies are hiring the most integrated marketing managers?
The companies hiring the most integrated marketing managers right now include DoorDash, Stripe, and Stripe, with the largest share of openings in New York, California, and Texas, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of June 2026. Technology, retail, and healthcare companies consistently account for the largest volume of postings for this role.
How many integrated marketing manager jobs are remote?
About 31% of integrated marketing manager openings are fully remote or hybrid as of June 2026, reflecting how much of this work happens through shared documents, campaign platforms, and async collaboration tools. Roles focused on digital and lifecycle marketing tend to be the most remote, while positions tied to in-store, event, or local marketing typically require on-site presence.
How do you become an integrated marketing manager?
Start by building hands-on experience across more than one marketing channel, whether through a coordinator, specialist, or generalist role. Move into a position where you manage a campaign from brief through measurement, so you can own the full cycle. Develop fluency in marketing automation, analytics, and project management tools, then seek roles with increasing budget and cross-functional responsibility before applying at the manager level.
Can you get an integrated marketing manager job with little experience?
Breaking in is possible if you can demonstrate cross-channel thinking even without the title. Build a portfolio using freelance projects, in-house internships, or volunteer campaigns that show you planned and executed across multiple channels. Applying to associate or coordinator roles at companies with strong internal mobility is a reliable path, since many integrated marketing managers are promoted from within rather than hired externally at the outset.
What does the integrated marketing manager interview process look like?
Most interview processes include an initial recruiter screen, followed by a hiring manager conversation focused on campaign experience and cross-functional collaboration. Expect a take-home exercise or live case study where you present a campaign plan, channel rationale, and measurement framework. Final rounds typically involve meeting stakeholders from sales, product, or creative to assess how you work across teams.
Where can I find and apply to integrated marketing manager jobs?
You can find and apply to integrated marketing manager jobs on Migrate Mate, which lists current openings from across the United States. Find roles that match your experience and channel focus, then apply directly to each listing. Openings are updated regularly, so checking back frequently gives you an advantage on newly posted roles.
