As we expand our partnership with AT&T, one of the nation's leading telecommunications providers, we are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Client Account Associate to join our growing team. The Client Account Associate role is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, developing professional relationships, and helping customers find products and services that fit their needs.

As a Client Account Associate, you will play an important role throughout the customer journey, from initial conversations and product education to enrollment and ongoing account support. You will represent AT&T in a professional manner while identifying customer needs, explaining available telecommunications solutions, and creating a positive experience throughout the sales process. The Client Account Associate position is well suited for individuals looking to build experience in sales, customer service, client relations, and business development in a fast-paced environment.

Client Account Associate Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective and existing business customers to introduce AT&T products and services, identify needs, and support sales through a consultative approach.
• Represent AT&T and our team professionally while delivering a positive and knowledgeable customer experience.
• Educate business customers on available wireless, internet, and telecommunications solutions based on their individual needs.
• Build and maintain strong business customer relationships through consistent communication, professionalism, and attentive service.
• Accurately document customer interactions, sales activity, and account information using CRM systems and internal tools.
• Assist customers throughout the enrollment and purchasing process while ensuring information is communicated clearly and accurately.
• Work closely with sales leadership and team members to address customer questions, resolve concerns, and support overall account satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing Client Account Associate training to strengthen AT&T product knowledge, improve sales and communication skills, and develop professionally alongside the team.

Client Account Associate Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or client relations is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport and establish professional relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable speaking with customers, answering questions, and presenting products or services.
• Ability to handle customer concerns professionally, confidently, and with a solutions-oriented approach.
• Motivated to learn, contribute to a team, and develop a career in sales and client relations.

Pay: $3,800.00 - $5,500.00 per month
