I opened my agency in 1996 and currently lead a team of seven. My career has been shaped by two major experiences - serving in the Marine Corps and then building my career with State Farm. I also hold a four-year degree in Finance and Economics, am married with three children, and am an avid snowboarder.
Giving back to our community is important to us, and our agency proudly supports and sponsors local sports teams throughout the area.
We offer health benefits, a Simple IRA, licensing reimbursement, paid holidays, and 120 hours of PTO starting out, with flexibility in how you choose to use your time off. We believe in working hard while making sure our team has time for life outside of the office.

Account Associate Jobs in North Carolina: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a account associate in North Carolina?
Most account associate roles in North Carolina require a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field. No state-issued license is required for the general role, but those working in insurance account management must hold a North Carolina Department of Insurance producer license. Employers in Charlotte's banking sector and the Research Triangle's technology corridor typically expect CRM experience and may require completion of an internal training program before client-facing responsibilities begin.
Which companies hire account associates in North Carolina?
Employers hiring account associates in North Carolina right now include State Farm, USI Insurance Services, and MSI, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. North Carolina's concentration of financial institutions in Charlotte and technology and life sciences firms in the Research Triangle means account associate demand is spread across multiple high-growth industries throughout the state.
Which North Carolina cities have the most account associate jobs?
Charlotte, Raleigh, and Cary have the most account associate openings in North Carolina. Charlotte dominates because of its status as the second-largest banking center in the United States, while Raleigh and Durham benefit from the Research Triangle's dense technology, software, and life sciences employer base, and smaller markets like Greensboro reflect regional insurance and manufacturing account management activity.
Are there remote account associate jobs in North Carolina?
Yes, and they are more common than in most fields. About 50% of account associate openings tied to North Carolina are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting the desk-based and communication-driven nature of the work. The parts of the role most likely to stay fully remote are software and technology account management, where client interactions happen primarily through video calls and digital platforms rather than in-person visits.
How can I get hired as a account associate in North Carolina with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is applying for associate or coordinator roles inside North Carolina's large financial services and technology employers, which regularly hire recent graduates into structured programs. Bank of America in Charlotte runs rotational analyst programs, and Fidelity Investments recruits new graduates into client services associate tracks at its Research Triangle offices. A North Carolina Department of Insurance producer license strengthens applications for insurance-side roles, and prior experience in retail banking, customer service, or inside sales translates well to account associate interviews.
Where can I find and apply to account associate jobs in North Carolina?
