Junior Sales & Marketing Representative

We’re a rapidly expanding marketing firm dedicated to helping our clients grow their customer base and achieve their business objectives. We’re currently seeking an Junior Sales & Marketing Representative who is outgoing, driven, and eager to develop professionally.

If you’re new to marketing or sales, no problem! Prior experience is not required. We offer paid training, hands-on guidance, and ongoing coaching designed to give you the knowledge and confidence needed to succeed in the role.

This position is ideal for someone looking to launch their career and gain practical experience in marketing, sales, customer engagement, communication, and business development—all while working in a dynamic environment rather than spending every day behind a desk.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Represent well-known client brands and marketing campaigns within a retail setting
• Connect directly with customers and create engaging face-to-face interactions
• Explain products, services, promotions, and available offers to customers
• Establish genuine connections and deliver a professional, positive customer experience
• Help generate customer interest and guide individuals through enrollment or sign-up processes when needed
• Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed individual and company goals
• Take part in regular training sessions covering sales, communication, marketing, leadership, and professional development
