Field Marketing Associate Jobs in Florida: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a field marketing associate in Florida?
Most field marketing associate roles in Florida require a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications, though some employers accept equivalent experience. Florida does not issue a state-specific license for this role. Candidates typically build their path through internships with Florida consumer brands, regional distributors, or hospitality companies, then move into associate-level territory roles. Familiarity with Florida's tourism, healthcare, and retail sectors gives candidates a clear edge with local hiring managers.
Which companies hire field marketing associates in Florida?
Companies currently hiring field marketing associates in Florida include Guardz, LB CAPITAL, and Primrose Schools, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Florida's mix of large hospitality groups, regional healthcare systems, and consumer packaged goods distributors means openings appear across multiple industries throughout the year.
Which Florida cities have the most field marketing associate jobs?
Miami, Orlando, and Tampa consistently post the most field marketing associate openings in Florida. Miami leads because of its concentration of national brand headquarters and Latin American distribution hubs, Tampa draws activity from healthcare and financial services employers, and Orlando's tourism and hospitality industry generates steady demand for experiential and event-focused marketing roles.
Are there remote field marketing associate jobs in Florida?
Yes, but they're rare. Field marketing associate work is inherently territorial and hands-on, so most roles require physical presence in a market. About 53% of field marketing associate openings tied to Florida are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, and those positions typically cover the planning, reporting, and coordination side of campaigns rather than on-the-ground execution.
How can I get hired as a field marketing associate in Florida with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is through a brand ambassador or marketing coordinator role with a Florida consumer goods distributor, hospitality group, or regional retailer. Large Florida employers like AdventHealth and Darden Restaurants run structured associate programs that welcome candidates without direct field marketing experience. Completing a marketing internship at a Florida company, building a portfolio of event or campaign work, and earning a Google Analytics or HubSpot certification all give candidates a concrete edge over other entry-level applicants.
Where can I find and apply to field marketing associate jobs in Florida?
You can find and apply to field marketing associate jobs in Florida on Migrate Mate, which lists current Florida openings in one place. Search the roles that fit your experience level and target market, then apply directly to the ones that match your background.
