No state-issued license is required for this role in Texas. The typical path is to build experience through internships, brand ambassador work, or entry-level sales roles, then apply to companies with established field marketing teams in Texas's major metros.
Which companies hire field marketing associates in Texas?
Companies currently hiring field marketing associates in Texas include Expo Home Improvement, Motive, and Circle K, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Yes, but they're limited. Field marketing associate work is inherently on-site by nature, involving in-store visits, events, and face-to-face partner meetings. About 78% of field marketing associate openings tied to Texas are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, and those roles tend to concentrate campaign coordination, reporting, and digital asset management rather than in-field execution.
