This role in summary
The JennAir Market Manager is part of a specialized sales force exclusively focused on the growth of the JennAir Brand in their market. The successful candidate will be tasked with applying a multi-faceted approach in delivering business objectives through:
- Collaboration with our key accounts in both the retail and builder segments.
- Building relationships and collaborating with designers, architects, and influencers in their regional and local market.
Additionally, the JennAir Account Manager is responsible for end-to-end delivery including strategy, execution, and achieving revenue/margin targets. Candidates are expected to live in the city of their operations with regional travel to the client's site(s) as needed. Full relocation benefits offered to eligible candidates.
Your responsibilities will include
- Develop and execute retail strategies with trade customers to maximize revenue, margin, and market share goals for the JennAir brand.
- Develop and build a robust pipeline of new business within the builder segment of the local markets.
- Manage day-to-day activities with key trade customers including operations, forecasting, merchandising, displays, training, marketing, contract pipeline, and more.
- Masterfully partner with our cross-functional partners (e.g. brand, marketing, product, and mass brand sales team) to find creative ways to win in the marketplace.
Minimum requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1+ years of experience in account management

- Experience working in a cross-functional environment (face to face & remote); thrives in a team environment and promotes positive team spirit, reinforcement, and engagement.
- Deep understanding of the luxury landscape (including beyond appliances).
- Challenges continuously to achieve excellence and drive transformation.

- Simplifies the complex and sees “around the corner”.
