Growth Product Manager Jobs in Oklahoma: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a growth product manager in Oklahoma?
Growth product management in Oklahoma requires no state-issued license or board registration. Most Oklahoma employers expect a bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a quantitative field, combined with hands-on experience in product analytics or growth experimentation. Building a portfolio that shows measurable impact on activation, retention, or revenue is the most direct path. Oklahoma City's growing tech corridor and Tulsa's remote-work incentive programs have expanded the local hiring pool considerably.
How much do growth product managers make in Oklahoma?
Growth product managers in Oklahoma earn a median of about $126,920 a year, based on May 2025 Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data, ranging from around $69,990 for the lowest 10% to over $210,760 for the top 10%. Pay rises with experience, specialty, and employer.
Which companies hire growth product managers in Oklahoma?
Companies currently hiring growth product managers in Oklahoma include State of Oklahoma, US Foods, and OU Health, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Oklahoma's concentration of fintech, energy software, and logistics-tech firms means demand is spread across both established corporate headquarters and fast-growing regional startups.
Which Oklahoma cities have the most growth product manager jobs?
Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and Oklahoma account for the largest share of growth product manager openings in Oklahoma. Oklahoma City drives the most volume thanks to its headquarters-dense economy, anchored by companies like Paycom and a cluster of fintech and healthtech startups, while Tulsa's Tulsa Remote program and energy-software firms draw additional roles to the state's second-largest metro.
Are there remote growth product manager jobs in Oklahoma?
Yes, and more than most fields. Growth product management is a desk-based, analytical role that transfers well to distributed teams, making remote and hybrid arrangements common. About 45% of growth product manager openings tied to Oklahoma are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, reflecting how broadly tech companies have adopted flexible work for this function. Strategy, experimentation design, and roadmap work are the parts of the role most frequently performed fully remotely.
How can I get hired as a growth product manager in Oklahoma with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is a lateral move from a data analyst, marketing analyst, or associate product manager role at an Oklahoma employer. Companies like Paycom and mid-size Oklahoma City SaaS firms regularly hire associate PMs or growth analysts as stepping stones into full growth PM positions. Building a portfolio project that demonstrates an experiment you designed and measured, even independently, strengthens applications significantly. A certificate in product management or growth marketing from an accredited program also signals readiness to Oklahoma hiring managers.
Where can I find and apply to growth product manager jobs in Oklahoma?
