INTRODUCTION
We’re looking for a Growth Product Manager to join RealPage’s Marketing Suite and help us turn a strong set of marketing services into a genuinely differentiated product. This is a builder role. You’ll shape how we package and evolve our GEO, paid search, and CMS/storefront offerings for multifamily housing operators and you’ll have real ownership doing it.
RealPage’s Marketing Suite sits at the intersection of digital marketing and multifamily housing — a space that’s overdue for modern product thinking. We’re actively investing in how AI and search behavior changes what operators need, and this person will help us lead that story. There’s real greenfield here.
Responsibilities
- Productize our marketing services
Turn GEO/AEO, paid search, and reputation management from service deliverables into structured, scalable product offerings with clear tiers, defined outcomes, and repeatable delivery.
- Drive CMS and storefront innovation
Identify and prioritize high-impact improvements to our CMS and ILS/storefront products, with a sharp eye on what operators need to convert prospects into leases.
- Own the GEO/AEO narrative
Develop and refine our answer engine optimization story: synthesizing market signals, client needs, and what makes our approach defensible as search behavior evolves.
- Own product vision and roadmap
Create and maintain the strategy and roadmap for your product area; break down requirements into epics, features, stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Serve as PO for your scrum teams
Oversee backlog creation and refinement, coordinate across multiple work streams, and identify cross-product dependencies before they become problems.
- Bridge product and services
Partner closely with engineering, CS, and sales to close the gap between what we build and what gets sold and delivered.
- Inform revenue strategy
Spot near-term growth opportunities (migrations, upsells, new packaging) and help the business capture them with data and a clear point of view.
- Stay close to customers
Lead discovery conversations, user groups, and client-facing demos. Market sensing is part of the job, not a nice-to-have.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5–8 years of growth product management experience, with demonstrated success in martech, SaaS, or digital marketing products/services
- Experience productizing services — translating delivery-based work into structured, repeatable, packageable product lines
- Working knowledge of SEO, paid search, CMS platforms, or digital storefront/ILS products (you don’t have to be a practitioner, but you need to speak the language)
- Comfort with ambiguity — you’re energized by getting things organized, not just maintaining what’s already there
- Strong communicator who can move between an engineering standup and an executive presentation without losing the thread
- Bachelor’s degree required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Multifamily housing or real estate industry experience — a sharp PM who learns fast is equally valuable
- Familiarity with GEO/AEO and AI-driven search behavior — this is a differentiator and something we’re actively investing in
HOW YOU WORK
- Business minded, strategy focused
- Customer focused, market sensing
- Collaborative, relationship builder
- Strategic problem solver
- Visionary, leads with influence
- Commercially and financially accountable
- Strong communicator, transparent
- Tenacious, proactive, courageous
SALARY AND BENEFITS
RealPage provides a competitive salary package along with a comprehensive benefit plan that includes:
- Health, dental, and vision insurance.
- Retirement savings plan with company match.
- Paid time off and holidays.
- Professional development opportunities.
- Performance-based bonus based on position.
Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance.

Growth Product Manager Jobs in Texas: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a growth product manager in Texas?
The most direct path is a bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a quantitative field followed by experience in product management, growth marketing, or data analytics. Texas does not require a state-issued license for this role. Many Texas employers value certifications such as the Pragmatic Institute or Product School credentials. Building a portfolio of measurable growth outcomes, such as conversion lift or retention improvements, strengthens candidacy significantly in the Texas market.
How much do growth product managers make in Texas?
Growth product managers in Texas earn a median of about $147,880 a year, based on May 2025 Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data, ranging from around $81,820 for the lowest 10% to over $259,200 for the top 10%. Pay rises with experience, specialty, and employer.
Which companies hire growth product managers in Texas?
Employers hiring growth product managers in Texas right now include DoorDash, Affirm, and Fonteva, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of June 2026. Texas's density of technology headquarters and fintech companies in Austin and Dallas means hiring is consistent year-round rather than seasonal.
Which Texas cities have the most growth product manager jobs?
Austin, Dallas, and Houston have the most growth product manager openings in Texas. Austin's concentration of technology and SaaS companies drives the highest volume, while Dallas benefits from its large corporate headquarters base in financial services and telecom, and Houston rounds out the market through energy technology and healthcare innovation employers.
Are there remote growth product manager jobs in Texas?
Yes, and more than most fields. About 25% of growth product manager openings tied to Texas are remote or hybrid as of June 2026, reflecting the desk-based and collaborative-digital nature of the work. Strategy, experimentation, and analytics responsibilities are most commonly performed remotely, while roles requiring close coordination with on-site engineering or design teams tend to require in-person presence.
How can I get hired as a growth product manager in Texas with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is moving laterally from a data analyst, growth marketing, or associate product manager role, where you build the experimentation and metrics skills Texas employers prioritize. Large Texas technology and e-commerce employers often hire associate product managers or growth analysts as stepping stones. Building a portfolio demonstrating A/B test design or funnel analysis, even from personal projects, significantly strengthens applications for junior openings at Austin and Dallas-based SaaS companies.
Where can I find and apply to growth product manager jobs in Texas?
You can find and apply to growth product manager jobs in Texas on Migrate Mate, which lists current Texas openings across Austin, Dallas, Houston, and other markets. Find roles that fit your experience and apply directly without needing to go elsewhere.
