We help clients make informed, forward-looking decisions through structured financial analysis, dynamic modeling, and practical insight aligned to their business objectives.
Our team supports a diverse client base ranging from founder-owned businesses to private equity-backed platforms and large enterprises across industries including manufacturing, business services, consumer, healthcare, and technology. As a Manager, you will lead the development of financial models and analytical frameworks that inform critical business decisions. You will manage engagements, work directly with client stakeholders, and oversee the delivery of high-quality analyses and outputs. This role requires both strong technical capability and the ability to structure and communicate complex financial information clearly.
- Lead complex financial modeling engagements, including development of integrated 3-statement models, cash flow models, and scenario analyses used to support strategic decision-making
- Translate client objectives into structured analytical approaches, including defining key drivers, assumptions, and outputs
- Evaluate business initiatives and financial alternatives, including capital raises, recapitalizations, acquisitions, and organic growth strategies
- Support transaction-related engagements through development of pro forma models, analysis of deal structures, and evaluation of stakeholder outcomes
- Develop and oversee scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess risks, constraints, and key value drivers
- Support the design and implementation of forecasting processes, budgets, and management reporting frameworks
- Review and refine financial models, analyses, and client deliverables to ensure accuracy, clarity, and usability
- Manage day-to-day engagement execution, including timelines, deliverables, and coordination with internal team members
- Communicate findings and recommendations to client stakeholders, including participation in meetings with senior management, investors, and lenders
- Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance on modeling, analysis, and professional development
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in financial advisory, investment banking, transaction services, or corporate FP&A
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, including the ability to build models from first principles and apply them to real-world business scenarios
- Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts
- Experience supporting transactions, capital structure analysis, or investment evaluation is preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to build, review, and manage complex models
- Experience with PowerPoint and the ability to develop clear, client-ready presentations
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced, client-service environment
- Professional certifications (CPA, CFA, CMA, MBA) are a plus
The pay rate range for this job position is $59,400 to $236,800. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicant’s skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees, professional certifications, work arrangements and geographic location. Verify your degree supports specialty occupation
USCIS requires your degree to directly relate to the Corporate Sales Manager role. A business, marketing, or management degree works cleanly. An unrelated degree creates RFE risk, so gather transcripts and employer documentation now.
Search employers using LCA disclosure data
Use Migrate Mate to filter Corporate Sales Manager roles by verified H-1B LCA filing history. This surfaces employers who have actually sponsored the title, not just those open to it in principle.
Target companies enrolled in E-Verify
STEM OPT extensions require E-Verify enrollment, but E-Verify status also signals an employer's familiarity with employment authorization compliance. Prioritize companies already enrolled to reduce friction during the H-1B petition process.
Confirm the prevailing wage tier before negotiating
Run your job title and work location through the OFLC Wage Search before you receive an offer. The DOL assigns a wage level to your role, and your offer must meet it. Knowing this in advance prevents last-minute offer adjustments.
Clarify cap-subject status with your employer early
Corporate Sales Manager roles at for-profit companies are cap-subject, meaning you need to win the H-1B lottery. If you're on OPT, confirm your employer will file by the March registration window so cap-gap covers the gap.
Document your sales specialization for the petition
Employers must establish specialty occupation in the H-1B petition. For sales management, that means tying your role to strategic planning, forecasting, or market analysis functions that require a specific degree, not general selling.
H-1B Visa Corporate Sales Manager: Frequently Asked Questions
Does a Corporate Sales Manager role qualify as an H-1B specialty occupation?
It depends on how the role is defined. USCIS scrutinizes sales management titles because some are considered general management roles not requiring a specific degree. Your employer's petition must demonstrate the position requires at minimum a bachelor's degree in a directly related field, such as business administration, marketing, or finance. Roles with clear analytical, strategic, or market-planning responsibilities qualify more reliably than broad regional sales roles.
Which industries sponsor H-1B visas most often for Corporate Sales Manager roles?
Technology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and enterprise software companies file H-1B LCAs for Corporate Sales Manager titles with the most regularity. These industries hire sales managers with technical domain knowledge, which strengthens the specialty occupation argument. Financial services and management consulting firms also sponsor this title. You can browse verified sponsoring employers for this role on Migrate Mate.
What happens to my H-1B status if I change companies as a Corporate Sales Manager?
Your new employer must file an H-1B transfer petition before your start date. Under AC21 portability, you can begin working for the new employer once the transfer is filed, as long as your prior H-1B was approved and you've been in valid status for at least 180 days. Keep your original I-94 and approval notice accessible, as the new employer's attorney will need both.
Can my employer sponsor my H-1B for a Corporate Sales Manager role that includes remote work?
Yes, but the employer must file a Labor Condition Application for each work location where you'll spend significant time, not just the headquarters address. If you're remote full-time, the LCA must reflect your actual work location. USCIS and DOL both review work-site compliance, and discrepancies between the petition and your actual location can trigger issues at renewal.
What documentation should I prepare before applying for Corporate Sales Manager roles requiring H-1B sponsorship?
Gather your degree certificates, transcripts, and any professional certifications before outreach. For sales management specifically, compile evidence linking your academic background to strategic or analytical functions, not just quota attainment. If your degree is from outside the U.S., get a credential evaluation from a recognized service. Having this documentation ready speeds up the petition process once an employer commits to sponsoring you.
