Join Colgate-Palmolive, a caring, innovative growth company reimagining a healthier future for people, their pets, and our planet. Guided by our core values—Caring, Inclusive, and Courageous—we foster a culture that inspires our people to achieve common goals. Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all.
We are looking for a high-energy, revenue-driven bilingual (English/Spanish) Sales Development Representative to fuel our B2B growth. In this role, you will be the commercial engine for a dedicated portfolio of 250+ professional accounts (Dermatologists, Estheticians, and Medical Spas). Serving as their primary brand advocate, your mission is to drive significant and sustainable revenue growth through proactive sales outreach, consultative upselling, new product adoption, and superior retention strategies.
This role requires a commercial, consultant’s mindset. Rather than simply managing accounts, the ideal candidate will proactively identify business challenges within their portfolio and articulate how PCA Skin and EltaMD solutions drive measurable value, increased order sizes, and a strong ROI for our partners.
This is a bilingual role and the selected candidate must be fully bilingual in English/Spanish.
Responsibilities:
- Revenue & Target Ownership: Own and execute strategic sales plans to consistently meet or exceed individual quarterly revenue targets. Drive product portfolio growth and velocity to guarantee predictable revenue generation and goal attainment.
- Portfolio Expansion & Retention: Proactively manage and grow 400+ existing professional accounts using a virtual sales model (Calls, SMS, Email, and Video) to hit core KPIs and commercial business objectives.
- Consultative & Value-Based Selling: Answer complex product questions from clinicians, providing compelling, data-driven recommendations that actively increase average order value (AOV) and brand loyalty.
- Proactive Sales Outreach: Conduct high-volume, targeted outbound "success calls" to introduce new product launches, pitch revised protocols, and upsell continuing education courses.
- Commercial Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, revenue-generating relationships with customers, acting as a trusted business advisor to help them scale their practices using our products.
- Education Advocacy: Leverage advanced training and skin care expertise as a sales tool, inspiring licensed professionals to participate in education that drives product utilization.
- CRM Integrity: Meticulously document all customer interactions within C4C/Service Cloud to maintain a seamless, data-driven "360-degree" view of the account portfolio.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, or B2B sales (experience in the aesthetics, medical, or beauty industry is a major plus).
- Language requirement: Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish, possessing exceptional written and verbal fluency in both languages to effectively communicate with our clients and team.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Google Suite, CRM software (SAP C4C/Service Cloud or Salesforce), and virtual meeting tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Licensed Esthetician credential.
- The Revenue Driver: You are motivated by hitting numbers, overcoming objections, and finding hidden revenue opportunities within existing accounts.
- The Relationship Builder: You are outgoing, credible, and friendly, with a natural ability to build fast rapport and establish trust with medical professionals and clinicians.
- The Self-Starter: You are a resilient, multi-tasking pro who takes absolute ownership of your portfolio goals while thriving in a collaborative team atmosphere.
- The Effective Communicator: You possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate value and command attention within the first 30 seconds of a call.
- Resilient & Adaptable: You possess a thick skin and a positive attitude; you view objections as a puzzle to solve rather than a dead end.
- Highly Organized: Strong time-management skills with the ability to balance high-volume outbound calling with administrative accuracy and strong follow-through.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Range: $52,800.00 - $84,000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
Our Commitment to Inclusion

We are dedicated to ensuring that each individual can be their authentic self, is treated with respect, and is empowered by leadership to contribute meaningfully to our business.

Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding H-1B Visa Sponsorship in Sales Development Representative
Verify your SDR role qualifies
Pull the O*NET profile for Sales Development Representatives and confirm your job description requires a specific bachelor's degree field. Generic sales roles can fail the specialty occupation test if the employer lists a degree as preferred rather than required.
Target SaaS and enterprise tech employers
H-1B sponsorship for SDR roles clusters in SaaS, fintech, and enterprise software. These companies have established HR processes for visa filings and are far more likely to sponsor than SMBs or staffing agencies.
Check employer LCA filings on Migrate Mate
Before applying, search Migrate Mate to see which employers have filed Labor Condition Applications for SDR or inside sales roles. This tells you which companies have actively sponsored H-1B workers in your occupation, not just which ones say they're open to it.
Negotiate sponsorship into your offer early
Ask explicitly about H-1B sponsorship during the hiring manager screen, not after the offer. Some employers will sponsor but haven't done it for SDR roles before. Get confirmation before the offer stage to avoid losing the 60-day grace period to a dead end.
Confirm your employer files by March 1
USCIS opens H-1B registration in early March each year for the April lottery. Your employer must register you before that window closes. Start conversations with your HR or legal team no later than January to give them time to engage immigration counsel and prepare.
Document your degree's direct relevance
USCIS scrutinizes SDR petitions more than engineering roles. Prepare a clear written explanation of how your specific degree in marketing, communications, or business directly applies to the analytical and strategic components of your SDR job description.
H-1B Visa Sales Development Representative: Frequently Asked Questions
Does a Sales Development Representative role qualify as a specialty occupation for H-1B purposes?
It can, but it's not automatic. USCIS requires that the position normally requires at least a bachelor's degree in a specific field directly related to the job duties. SDR roles at companies where the work involves market analysis, strategic outreach, or data-driven pipeline management are stronger candidates than purely transactional inside sales positions. The job description language matters significantly.
Which employers sponsor H-1B visas for Sales Development Representative jobs?
Mid-size to large SaaS, fintech, and enterprise software companies are the most active H-1B sponsors for SDR roles. Staffing agencies and small businesses rarely sponsor. Migrate Mate lets you filter by employers with verified Labor Condition Application filing history for sales roles, so you can target companies that have actually sponsored rather than those that claim they might.
How does the H-1B lottery affect my timeline for starting an SDR job?
If your employer registers you in the March H-1B lottery and you're selected, your status start date is October 1 of that fiscal year. You can't begin working in H-1B status before then. If you're currently on OPT, your employer needs to file by June 30 to trigger cap-gap protection and keep you authorized through that transition.
What documentation does my employer need to sponsor me for an H-1B as an SDR?
Your employer must file a Labor Condition Application with the DOL certifying the offered wage meets or exceeds the prevailing wage for the role and location, which you can look up using the OFLC Wage Search tool. They then file Form I-129 with USCIS, along with your degree credentials, a detailed job description, and an explanation of why the role requires a specialized degree.
Can I switch SDR jobs while on H-1B without losing my status?
Yes, through H-1B portability under AC21. If your new employer files an H-1B transfer petition while your current petition is still valid, you can start the new SDR role as soon as the transfer petition is received by USCIS. You don't need to wait for approval. The new role must also qualify as a specialty occupation.
