INTRODUCTION
Adobe Experience Cloud enables enterprises to deliver personalized, data-driven digital experiences at scale. We are seeking a Senior Growth Product Manager to drive Product-Led Growth (PLG) across Experience Cloud products by accelerating user acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and expansion.
This role is ideal for a growth leader with deep experience in B2B SaaS and Digital Marketing Technology, who thrives at the intersection of product, experimentation, and data. You will drive and implement growth strategies across key user journeys, partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Go-To-Market teams to turn customer insight into scalable growth engines.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Growth Strategy & Lifecycle Management:
- Drive and evolve end-to-end growth strategies across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and expansion for an Experience Cloud product.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities using data, research, and experimentation.
- Develop and prioritize a growth roadmap tied to clear business impact.
Experimentation & Optimization:
- Design, launch, and analyze a high-velocity experimentation program across critical user journeys.
- Drive rapid test-and-learn cycles that ensure rigorous experiment design by establishing clear hypotheses, calculating statistical power, and implementing appropriate guardrails.
- Collaborate with engineering and data teams to build robust instrumentation for accurate measurement and monitoring. Oversee careful rollout strategies—including phased launches, A/B testing, and control groups—to minimize risk and improve actionable insights.
Technology-Based Growth Initiatives:
- Identify, prioritize, and ship product experiences powered by advanced technology that improve conversion and retention—e.g., personalization, predictive mentorship, and intelligent onboarding.
- Use AI to speed up experiment ideation, hypothesis generation, copy/variant drafting, and analysis—while maintaining statistical rigor and human review.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to co-develop and implement growth initiatives, navigating trade-offs and driving alignment across teams.
- Proven ability to influence product roadmaps and drive outcomes in a matrixed environment without direct authority.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience aligning multiple teams around shared goals.
Work in close coordination with:
- Product Leaders who own core product to co-develop and implement a growth roadmap.
- Engineering to implement experimentation infrastructure.
- Design & UX Research to optimize onboarding and feature discovery.
- Marketing to align product growth levers with acquisition strategies.
- Finance & Data Science to quantify business impact.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of Growth Product Management experience, with significant focus on experimentation-driven optimization.
- Proven experience driving B2B Product-Led Growth in SaaS or Digital Marketing Technology platforms.
- Experience implementing and executing experimentation tools.
- Deep expertise in experimentation frameworks, behavioral analytics, funnel optimization, and cohort analysis.
- Solid understanding of enterprise customer journeys, including self-serve, sales-assisted, and hybrid motions.
- Fluency in applying AI to product discovery, experimentation, and growth workflows, with a commitment to continuous skill development.
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted tools for accelerating prototyping and insight generation.
- Demonstrated ability to translate data and customer insight into shipped product experiences with measurable impact.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesize insights into clear narratives that drive action.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Most Importantly
You value outcomes over activity, learning over certainty, and are deeply customer obsessed. You believe Product-Led Growth is an operating model, not a feature, and you thrive in environments where experimentation, insight, and collaboration drive impact.
If this sounds like you, we’d love to have you help shape the future of Experience Cloud.

Map your degree to the role
Growth PM roles often draw RFEs when the degree field feels tangential. Frame your computer science, engineering, or quantitative business degree as directly tied to the analytical and technical requirements listed in the job description before your employer files.
Check prevailing wage levels early
Run your target job title and metro area through the OFLC Wage Search before accepting an offer. Your employer's LCA must certify a wage at or above the applicable level, and knowing the threshold prevents late-stage offer renegotiation.
Target E-Verify enrolled employers
If you're on OPT or STEM OPT, your employer must be E-Verify enrolled. Filter for Growth PM roles at E-Verify compliant companies on Migrate Mate so you don't waste applications on employers who can't legally hire you before your H-1B activates.
Ask about cap-exempt employer eligibility
Universities, nonprofit research institutions, and government research organizations are cap-exempt, meaning you could start a Growth PM role immediately without waiting for the April lottery or an October 1 start date.
Review the O*NET profile before interviews
The O*NET occupation profile for product management roles documents the knowledge domains and tasks USCIS uses to assess specialty occupation status. Align your resume language and interview framing to those recognized competencies.
Confirm I-129 filing timing with your employer
USCIS opens H-1B cap registration in March for an October 1 start. If you receive a Growth PM offer after selection, confirm your employer will file the I-129 petition within the window and whether they'll use premium processing to shorten the adjudication wait.

Find Growth Product Manager JobsGrowth Product Manager H-1B Visa: Frequently Asked Questions
Does a Growth Product Manager role qualify as a specialty occupation for H-1B purposes?
Yes, in most cases. USCIS evaluates whether the position normally requires at least a bachelor's degree in a specific field. Growth PM roles that require a degree in computer science, statistics, or business analytics typically satisfy this standard. Roles described as open to any bachelor's degree regardless of field are more vulnerable to RFEs, so the job description wording matters.
Which employers sponsor H-1B visas for Growth Product Manager positions?
Technology companies, growth-stage startups, and fintech firms are the most consistent H-1B sponsors for Growth PM roles. You can browse verified sponsoring employers on Migrate Mate, which surfaces DOL Labor Condition Application filing history so you can see which companies have actively filed for product management positions before applying.
What happens to my H-1B status if my Growth PM role changes significantly after filing?
A material change in duties, location, or level of responsibility may require an amended H-1B petition before the change takes effect. If your employer shifts you from a growth-focused individual contributor role to a people manager role with substantially different responsibilities, USCIS considers that a material change requiring a new LCA and an amended I-129.
Can I switch employers mid-H-1B if I receive a Growth PM offer at another company?
Yes. H-1B portability under AC21 lets you start working for a new employer once they file an H-1B transfer petition on your behalf, provided your current H-1B was approved and you've maintained valid status. You don't need to wait for the transfer petition to be approved before starting work, as long as the petition has been received by USCIS.
Is the Growth Product Manager role affected by H-1B country-of-birth backlogs?
The H-1B itself has no per-country backlog since it's a nonimmigrant status, not a green card. Country-of-birth backlogs affect employment-based green card categories like EB-2 and EB-3, which many Growth PMs pursue after H-1B approval. If you're from India or China, the green card wait is long, but your H-1B can be extended beyond six years while a petition is pending.
