Job Responsibilities
- Lead all maintenance operations for paper machines and mill systems, including wet end, dry end, stock prep, and utilities
- Ensure reliability and performance of critical equipment such as refiners, pumps, vacuum systems, rolls, dryers, and winding systems
- Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and improve long term equipment performance
- Manage mechanical and electrical maintenance teams, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, efficiency, and cost control
- Oversee maintenance planning and coordination of shutdowns, outages, and major repairs
- Ensure proper use and accuracy of CMMS systems for work orders, planning, and tracking
- Collaborate closely with operations leadership to support production goals and resolve equipment issues in real time
- Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and contractor support
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
