DESCRIPTION:

- Maintain accurate procurement records and track all purchasing activities, including invoices and delivery confirmations.

- Monitor inventory levels for transportation equipment and parts to determine when to reorder.
- Compare supplier bids for freight services or parts, evaluating price, quality, and delivery terms.
- Communicate with internal departments (e.g., dispatch, operations, finance) to align purchasing with operational needs.
- Resolve discrepancies in orders, deliveries, or invoices promptly.
- Support cost optimization by tracking spending and identifying potential savings.

- English is required, and being bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
