Evening availability is required for this position.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead safe, effective, and engaging hot yoga classes for members of all fitness levels.
- Provide clear instruction, exercise modifications, and encouragement.
- Support member safety in a heated environment and encourage appropriate pacing and hydration.
- Deliver excellent member service and address requests or refer them to management.
- Maintain required certifications and follow instructor sign-in/sign-out procedures.
- Uphold Crunch’s brand standards, professional conduct, and all club and Employee Handbook policies.
- Participate in department meetings and employee training.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be available to teach evening classes.
- Valid Yoga Certification and current CPR Certification required.
- Experience teaching yoga classes and adapting instruction for varying abilities.
- Hot yoga teaching experience preferred.
- Strong customer service, communication, and class leadership skills.
- Passion for health, fitness, and creating an inclusive member experience.
- Additional Pilates or Barre certifications are a plus.
