Walmart is seeking a Senior Manager, Automation Engineering to join the Transportation Engineering team and help architect the future of one of the largest private fleets in North America. This role will focus on advancing yard modernization initiatives to shape the future of our distribution center yards improving efficiency, enhancing safety, and delivering business value. They will collaborate with product, technology, and operations on solution design and deployment. You’ll research emerging technologies, design scalable infrastructure solutions, lead pilots, and operationalize next-generation transportation systems.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field and 4 years’ experience in Engineering, supply chain, or a related area. Option 2: 6 years’ experience in Engineering, supply chain, or a related area.
2 years’ supervisory experience.
