As the Moderation Strategy Operation Lead, you are the primary driver of our daily human moderation engine. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for the operational excellence of our manual review workflows, ensuring that every moderation decision aligns with our rigorous safety standards and USDS compliance protocols. You will own the "Golden Triangle" of operational health: Quality, Efficiency, and Cost. You aren't just managing a team; you are building and refining the mechanisms that allow our human oversight to scale alongside our automated systems. You will be the "connective tissue" of the organization—bridging the gap between internal policy/product teams and our external vendor partners to ensure a seamless, high-integrity moderation ecosystem.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
