Senior Level Head Of Growth Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a senior level head of growth job?
Employers at this level look for candidates who have owned a full growth function, not just contributed to one. Demonstrating that you have set strategy, built or scaled a team, and tied growth initiatives directly to revenue or retention outcomes gives you a clear edge. A portfolio of experiments you designed, the results they produced, and the decisions they informed is more persuasive than titles alone.
Which companies hire senior level head of growths?
Companies hiring senior level head of growths right now include RBUS, Interactive Brokers, and Flex, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Hiring at this level tends to come from growth-stage technology companies, established SaaS businesses expanding into new markets, and consumer brands investing in performance and lifecycle marketing.
Are there remote senior level head of growth jobs?
Yes, remote and hybrid options are common at this level. About 67% of senior level head of growth openings are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, reflecting the fact that growth leadership is largely output-driven and does not require daily on-site presence. On-site roles do exist, particularly at earlier-stage companies that prefer leadership in the building.
What makes a head of growth role senior level?
Senior level head of growth roles are defined by scope, ownership, and accountability. You are expected to set the growth roadmap rather than execute someone else's, own the metrics that matter to the business, and lead or mentor the team that runs campaigns, experiments, and analytics. The role involves direct input into budgets, tooling decisions, and cross-functional priorities in ways that mid-level roles do not.
Which industries hire the most senior level head of growths?
Senior Level head of growth roles concentrate in Technology & Software, Consulting & Professional Services, and Investment & Asset Management, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. These sectors tend to drive hiring at this level because they operate in competitive acquisition environments where a dedicated growth leader with strategic ownership directly affects revenue and market position.
