Job Title: Head of Marketing, Gold Bond
Location: Morristown, NJ
About the Job
Gold Bond Co. is an independent subsidiary of Sanofi and a leading consumer brand competing in the dynamic and growing skin health and body care category across the United States. Built on a heritage of trusted consumer equity, Gold Bond's portfolio spans therapeutic skin care, body powder, and moisturization — representing a strategically important and high-potential growth platform with strong brand foundations and significant runway ahead.
The Head of Marketing, Gold Bond is a transformational leadership role requiring a proven change agent who can set bold vision, drive organizational capability-building, and deliver measurable commercial outcomes — from day one. This is not a role for someone who needs time to ramp up. The ideal candidate brings deep, battle-tested CPG marketing expertise, a mastery of ecommerce and digital transformation, and the executive presence to operate with confidence and credibility at the C-suite level — both within Gold Bond Co. and with Sanofi's parent organization.
This leader will own the full marketing agenda — brand positioning, consumer insights, integrated campaign execution, innovation pipeline development, P&L accountability, and omnichannel retail strategy — while serving as a key strategic voice on the Gold Bond leadership team. The role demands an individual who seamlessly balances long-term strategic vision with hands-on execution excellence, and who can inspire a high-performance team while navigating a highly integrated, cross-functional organization.
This leader will partner closely with the CEO, Head of Sales, R&D, Manufacturing & Supply, Strategy & Transformation COE, and Quality. The successful candidate will bring broad and deep marketing leadership experience, proven ecommerce and digital transformation credentials, P&L ownership at scale, and the leadership presence to energize an organization around a bold and compelling vision.
