You'll represent the data side of the client relationship, bridging Vibe's technical capabilities with each client's business outcomes, working closely with Sales and Client Success to win and retain business, with Product to shape measurement features, and directly with clients and measurement partners. This role exists because as Vibe moves upmarket, clients need deeper proof of performance and a consultative partner who speaks the language of the numbers. You'll define how Vibe measures success, moving clients from simple attribution to true incrementality, with a mandate to prove Vibe's value beyond vanity metrics, establish measurement authority with client CMOs and Heads of Performance, and build the team from the ground up.

Hands-on experience running Incrementality, Conversion Lift, Geo Lift, MMM, or MTA studies
Strong SQL skills and hands-on data exploration- you're a player-coach, not just a manager
Track record presenting data-driven recommendations directly to senior client stakeholders, using numbers to defend budget and drive revenue
Experience building a team: hiring, coaching, and scaling analysts
Ability to structure ambiguous client challenges into clear analytical projects with actionable next steps
Nice to Haves
Known and connected in the measurement or performance marketing space
