Responsibilities: Responsible for the overall development, administration, and success of the men’s and women’s track and cross country programs, focusing on recruiting, training, and retaining student-athletes while ensuring compliance with institutional, conference (KJCCC) and NJCAA rules. This 10 month position balances competitive, academic, and administrative duties, including budget management and fundraising.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Participation and/or coaching experience at the collegiate level preferred. Valid driver’s license required. Employment is subject to successful completion of a background check.
LOCATION: Iola, Kansas Campus
SALARY: Salary commensurate with education and experience.
