WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Lead the Team: Provide guidance, coaching, and support to teachers, substitutes, and site staff.
- Ensure Quality: Monitor classroom operations, child screenings, safety practices, and program compliance.
- Maintain Records: Keep children's, staff, and site documentation accurate and up to date.
- Support Staff Growth: Assist with training, supervision, and performance development.
- Build Partnerships: Develop positive relationships with families, school districts, and community partners.
- Support Enrollment: Assist with recruitment activities and enrollment efforts.
- Complete Documentation: Prepare reports, maintain records, and support monitoring requirements.

- Preferred: Experience supervising staff within an early childhood, Head Start or human services program and experience working with community partnerships and family services.
- Salary range of $25.79 - $39.88/hour - plus benefits!
